The User Database module extends the functionality and features of user-defined data fields, providing additional development tools for Viewpoint users to maintain information that is not in the standard applications. Applications created with User Database can take full advantage of the Viewpoint user interface, table structures, security and reporting tools. User-Friendly Creating files and forms is easy – no programming experience is needed to develop data fields, tables, entry forms, look-ups and validation rules. User-Defined Fields Additional fields of data can be added to the standard memo forms, or arranged on user-defined forms for new applications. User-defined fields can be alphanumeric text, check boxes, numeric, date or month/year values User-Defined Forms and Tables Users can build new forms, tables and applications, with optional links to standard Viewpoint tables and module menus. |
